You can easily cancel your order by giving us a call or sending an email within a 12-hour cancellation window before your scheduled delivery or pickup time.

4. Is there an additional charge for order cancellation?

If you cancel your order after the 12-hour cancellation window preceding your scheduled delivery or pickup time, our Late Cancellation Policy comes into effect. In such cases, you may not be eligible for a refund, and late cancellations may result in a fee of 25% of the order cost, in addition to the delivery fee.
